Do I need to get used to barefoot shoes?⌄
Most people adapt within a couple of weeks. Start with shorter walks and let your feet build strength gradually — they've spent decades in stiff shoes, so give them a little time to wake up.
Do they run true to size?⌄
Yes — order your usual size. If you're between sizes, size up: a barefoot shoe should leave about a thumb's width of space in front of your longest toe. See the size guide.
Are they suitable for wide feet, bunions or heel pain?⌄

Walking heel to toe comfortably again
I've only had them for a few days and when I first put them on, I felt like my feet were turning out, but I believe that is because of the other shoes I used to wear. I've noticed after wearing them a couple of days that this is going away and I'm able to walk heel to toe comfortably. The other thing I like about the shoes is that they are lightweight and I'm able to wear them when I do certain types of walking or yoga exercises.
