Rates
We currently ship to the United States. Every order includes tracking.

Timelines
Processing: 1–2 business days · US delivery: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first update. Carrier delays, customs checks, and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days — if your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address?
Email support@wildbarefoot.com immediately with your order number. We can usually correct an address before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we can't reroute it, and reshipment of parcels returned due to an incorrect address may incur a new shipping fee.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it as lost, contact us within 7 days — include photos for damage claims. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Orders with Priority Shipping + Insurance are always covered at 100%.
