How Wild Barefoot collects, uses, and protects your personal information on wildbarefoot.com. Last updated: August 2026.

Information we collect

Order information. When you purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details — processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store full card numbers.

Device information. When you browse, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, and data about how you interact with the site, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Communications. If you email us or subscribe to our newsletter, we keep those messages and your email address.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill orders (payment, shipping, confirmations, tracking), communicate with you about orders and — if you've opted in — news and offers, screen orders for fraud, and improve the site through analytics and advertising performance (including retargeting).

Who we share it with

Only service providers who make the store work: Shopify (our e-commerce platform — see the Shopify Privacy Policy), payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, email service providers, and analytics and advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta). We may also share information to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working, remember preferences, and help us understand traffic. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store's checkout requires cookies to function.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EEA and UK residents have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any right, email support@wildbarefoot.com — we respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

Marketing emails

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional emails about your orders.

Data retention & minors

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, and account/marketing data until you ask us to delete it. The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
