Welcome to Wild Barefoot. By accessing wildbarefoot.com (the “Site”) or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and in plain language on purpose.

1. The store

We sell footwear and related accessories. Product images are as accurate as screens allow; minor color variations can occur. We may correct errors in product information or pricing, and may limit or refuse orders at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or reseller bulk-buying).

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by secure third-party providers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes never affect orders already placed.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. If we can't fulfill an order (for example, an item is out of stock), we'll notify you and refund any amount already charged.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy (30 days from delivery). Both policies form part of these terms.

5. Health disclaimer

Our products are footwear, not medical devices. Content on this Site — including material about barefoot mechanics and grounding research — is for general information and is not medical advice. Transition to barefoot footwear gradually, and consult a qualified professional about any medical condition.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product names, and design — belongs to Wild Barefoot or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, no scraping or interference with normal operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Barefoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
