Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. Every order includes tracking.
Rates
Standard Shipping (incl. Track & Trace) — $5.95 on orders up to $74.99.
FREE Shipping (incl. Track & Trace) — on all orders of $75 or more.
Priority Shipping + 100% Insurance — $7.95: priority handling plus full insurance; if an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, we reship or refund in full, no questions asked.
Timelines
Order processing: 1–2 business days.
US delivery: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first update.
Delays
Carrier delays, customs checks, and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address?
Email support@wildbarefoot.com immediately with your order number. We can usually correct an address before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we can't reroute it, and reshipment of parcels returned due to an incorrect address may incur a new shipping fee.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it as lost, contact us within 7 days — include photos for damage claims. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Orders with Priority Shipping + Insurance are always covered at 100%.
